While registering yourself on our website, you have declared that you are 18 years of age or more and that you are capable of understanding the information provided in our website.

2. Downloading the Will written by you using our proprietary software;

   We will not be responsible for any error or loss or damage to data while downloading the Will written by you using our proprietary software; the downloaded document in Portable Document Format (“pdf”) and is displayed using publicly available software such as adobe acrobat; we have no control over the functioning of such software and will not be responsible for any error, loss or damage to data while using the same.

   You are required to review the Will written by you using our proprietary software for accuracy, errors and completeness before printing and executing the same; we will not be responsible for any loss or damage on account of your failure or negligence in reviewing the Will.

3. facility to upload a digital copy of your Will only for reference purpose alone;

   The facility to upload a digital copy of your executed Will is offered only for the purposes of future reference by you or your nominees after your death. It is your responsibility to ensure that the digital copy uploaded by you is of your Last Will and Testament and we bear no responsibility regarding the same. You have also agreed and understood while availing the said facility that as per prevalent laws in India, a digital copy of your Will is inadmissible in evidence.

4. storing the location of your physical Will

   We will not be responsible for any error or mistake made by you while entering and storing the location of your Will; it is your responsibility to ensure that the location stored is that of your last Will and Testament.

5. Writing and storing a Letter of Instructions for use in case you are incapacitated due to accident or disease;

   We will not be responsible for any error or mistake made by you while writing and/or storing your Letter of Instructions; we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the same.

6. Writing and storing a digital copy of your Advance Medical Directive

   We will not be responsible for any error or mistake made by you while writing and/or storing your Advance Medical Directive; we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the same.

   You have agreed and understood that as per prevalent law in India, a physical copy of your Advance Medical Directive duly executed by you has to be entrusted with a Designated Officer of the local government.

7. Nominees be informed about and who can retrieve copies of the digital copy of your Will and/or your Letter of Instructions and/or the location of your physical Will and/or your Advance Medical Directive

   We shall not be responsible to verify and validate the relationship or the appropriateness of the persons nominated by you to be informed about and who can retrieve digital copies of your Will or Letter of Instructions, Advance Medical Directive or location of your physical Will, including the replacement of a person(s) earlier nominated.

   We shall also not be responsible or liable in transmitting information to such persons nominated by you or enabling them to retrieve digital copies of your Will or Letter of Instructions, Advance Medical Directive or location of your physical Will based on the documents provided by such nominees. While we will take all due care to ascertain the validity and veracity of the documents made available to us by your nominees, we shall be absolved of all responsibility and liability in case such documents are later found to be fabricated, false, forged or fraudulent.

8. Consultation with legal professionals in order to prepare a customised Will

   We only arrange for consultation with qualified legal practitioners with adequate knowledge and experience and will not responsible or liable for the professional advice given by them to you.
