You can record the details of this information in a Letter of Instructions and store it with us safely, securely and confidentially. This will only be communicated to your nominees, after they provide us with a medical certificate.
Another important point is that a letter of instructions should be updated regularly, as your wishes or personal information may change over time. It's a good idea to review and update your Will as well as the letter of instructions at least once a year, or whenever there is a significant change in your life, such as the birth of a child, marriage, or divorce.
